In 2010, our ethical guidelines were replaced by a more comprehensive Code of Conduct. The Code has since been revised and this version was adopted by the Board on November 11, 2014.
The Code of Conduct en compasses all employees, regardless of their position, and the Board of Directors and Group Management are specifically responsible for simplifying and promoting its implementation. One of our prioritised sustainability targets is to continuously train employees in our Code of Conduct and to maintain meaningful dialogue on ethical issues.

Fabege strives to act with credibility, honesty and transparency. We encourage individuals to come forward and report serious suspicions of fraud, corruption or similar unethical behaviour in the Group’s operations.
