City districts and projects

Fabeges properties are concentrated in four attractive areas with a high service level, proximity to railway services, well-developed public transport and excellent opportunities for cycling to work.

Stockholm's most expansive areas

Fabege's property portfolio comprises commercial properties in the Stockholm region. Our strategy is to focus on market areas with high growth within a radius of five kilometres of the centre of Stockholm.

Our properties are concentrated in four attractive areas with a high service level, proximity to railway services, well-developed public transport and excellent opportunities for cycling to work.

We are one of the largest commercial property owners in the Stockholm area. This gives us the chance to play a highly active role in the development and improvement of the areas in which we operate. We create the right conditions for our customers' success.

Development based on customer needs

We develop areas and properties that create the right conditions for our customers' success. This means that we develop properties based on the needs and requirements of our customers. Accordingly, one of our objectives is to attract long-term tenants to properties that have not yet been fully developed.

Land and properties are acquired, developed and then transferred to the Group's property management operations or divested. Long-term planning occurs in collaboration with individual municipalities. Together, we create visions for how to best develop the area.

For many years, all new builds and major redevelopments have been environmentally certified according to BREEAM-SE.

Our city districts

Stockholm inner city

Stockholm inner city is the largest office market in the Nordic region. We own some 30 properties and 400,000 square metres of lettable retail and office space at the most attractive addresses in the area.

Arenastaden

Fabege owns more than 90 per cent of the office properties in Arenastaden, one of Scandinavia's most attractive residential and business areas. Siemens, Telia Company, SEB, Sodexo, KPMG and other leading companies have already decided to move to the area.

Solna Business Park

Solna Business Park, one of the best-developed office areas in the Stockholm region, is located adjacent to one of Sweden's most business-friendly municipalities. We own most of the properties in the area.

Hammarby Sjöstad

Luma, the charming former lamp factory is one of our properties in Hammarby Sjöstad. Planned with a focus on sustainability, Hammarby Sjöstad is an expansive and attractive waterside location in Stockholm inner city.

Other areas

Fabege own a small number of properties in other areas in southern and northern Stockholm.
