The interiors will display elements of Scandinavian modernism and the technical features of the building are at the cutting edge. The building will meet the Sweden Green Building Council's (SGBC) highest level "Gold". Exterior materials are chosen from a lifecycle perspective, taking energy efficiency and sustainability into account.
