Located five kilometres from Hötorget in central Stockholm, Solna Business Park is one of Sweden's most business-friendly municipalities. Just outside your office doors lies a wide range of services, including an ICA Maxi hypermarket, several gyms, a medical centre, a pharmacy, an ATM, a dry cleaner, conference centres, hotels and restaurants. The shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants of the shopping centre and Sturegatan in Sundbyberg and are also within walking distance. At Signalfabriken, by the Sundbybergs Torg square, there are shops, cafés and a gym.

Close to the whole of Mälardalen

Solna Business Park offers one of the Stockholm region's best locations in terms of transport links. Sundbyberg Station is the only station in Stockholm where the underground, light railway, commuter trains and inter-city trains all converge. You can reach the area in five minutes. In addition to railway services, several bus lines run in the area and there are excellent opportunities for cycling. The area is also close to Stockholm's airports.

It takes 12 minutes to reach the city by underground train and eight minutes by commuter train. The light railway goes to Hammarby Sjöstad via Alvik or to Solna Station and Arenastaden. The Mälarbanan commuter-rail service will take you to Enköping in 30 minutes or Västerås in 45 minutes.

Airport shuttles depart from Sundbybergs Torg to both Arlanda and Bromma Airport. Trains also depart from Sundbyberg Station to Gothenburg, Karlstad and Borlänge.

One of Sweden's best business restaurants

The result was a new Hotel by Maude and the popular restaurant Pontus in the Park – a result that we are delighted with.

Solna Business Park is a green city district – inside and out. All electricity supplied to our properties comes from environmentally certified hydroelectric power from Vattenfall's Nordic plants. The district heating and cooling systems bear the "Good Environmental Choice" label.

We also sign Green Leases, which entails that we assume shared responsibility for environmental issues. These leases regulate everything from the sorting of waste, choice of environmentally sound building materials and energy optimisation to renewable electricity and sustainable travel. The aim is to work together to increase environmental awareness and make climate-smart decisions.
