The Code of Conduct encompasses all employees regardless of position, with particularly responsibility among the Board and Executive Management Team to facilitate and encourage its application.
Training our employees on a regular basis in our Code of Conduct and maintaining an ongoing dialogue on ethical issues are among our prioritised sustainability goals.
Good relations, a healthy working environment and superior business ethics are crucial to our long-term success. Through our Code of Conduct we adopt a position on matters concerning human rights, terms of employment, the environment, business ethics and communication.
We at Fabege expect our employees, business partners or others entertaining serious suspicions of fraud, corruption or similar within the Group’s activities, to come forward.
