Fabege acquired today the property Klamparen 10 from GE Real Estate for the sum of SEK 0.7 billion. As previously communicated this acquisition was a condition of the deal between Fabege and GE Real Estate entered into on 22nd December 2005, when Fabege sold off 21 properties.

Fabege will take possession of the property on 1st March, 2006. The property Klamparen 10 is located on Kungsholmen in central Stockholm and has a total floor space of 25,224 sq. m. The District Court of Stockholm occupies the building. Fabege AB (publ)
