Tornet, which is 99.5 per cent owned by Fabege, has sold its entire holding of 14 properties in Malmö. The buyer is Wihlborgs Fastigheter, which will take possession of the properties on 15 May 2006, and the sale price SEK 2,170 million. The properties are sold through a company, resulting in an after-tax gain of SEK 80 million in Fabege, which will be recognised in the second quarter of 2006.
