Mutual environmental agenda for the premises

Under the agreement, both parties agree on a common environmental agenda for the space through the efficient use of resources and sustainable property management. The agreements include measures to reduce the environmental impact of energy, indoor environment , materials and waste.

Because of environmental certification

The aim is to focus on and cooperate on environmental issues to reduce both environmental impact and costs. The agreement also supports an environmental certification of the building.
