Modern premises in fast-growing districts
We have a presence in a limited number of high-growth submarkets in the Stockholm region, Stockholm inner city, Arenastaden, Solna Business Park, Hammarby Sjöstad and Haga Norra. We are the largest commercial property owner in Hammarby Sjöstad, and we own and manage more than 90 per cent of the office premises in Arenastaden.
Our operational activities are divided into three business areas: Property Management, Transaction and Property Development.
Our city districts make all aspects of life work
We create vibrant city districts with modern, sustainable offices close to rail services. Arenastaden, Solna Business Park and Hammarby Sjöstad are prime examples of this. The areas are home to well-developed public transport services and offer excellent opportunities for cycling to work, an extensive range of services including shops and restaurants, and beautiful, easily accessible green spaces. We develop city districts that make all aspects of life work.
Sustainability is at the core of our operations
We continuously pursue the long-term development of attractive and sustainable areas and city districts. Our new builds and major redevelopments will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM or SGBC.
Fabege's sustainability work focuses on being a sustainable and successful long-term partner for our customers, employees and owners. We are working actively to build a sustainable urban environment that satisfies the needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Based on our concepts, we dare to say that Fabege thinks differently from other property companies. We are not satisfied with simply developing attractive offices. We serve as a partner for our customers and develop city districts that provide a sense of involvement and satisfaction – city districts that create the right conditions for our customers' success.
