Form and function that satisfy rigorous demands
With an emphasis on natural materials such as stone and light wood, the Uarda 6 project – Evenemangsgatan 21 and Dalvägen 26 – will be ready for occupancy in spring 2017. The interiors will display elements of Scandinavian modernism and the technical features of the building are at the cutting edge. All in all, plenty of special rooms will be available for tenants with meticulous demands.
The building will meet the Sweden Green Building Council's (SGBC) highest level "Gold". Exterior materials are chosen from a lifecycle perspective, taking energy efficiency and sustainability into account.
Good overview and flexible meeting spaces
The office layout is organised around a glazed atrium. Open and transparent landscapes give all workplaces an equivalent position near the joint functions. The rooms offer generous space for all kinds of meetings, large dinners and ad hoc meetings. The recessed penthouse is ideal for gyms, restaurants and other staff areas. Also located here is the exit to the south-facing roof terrace that overlooks the park.
The property is shaped like an "H" and is perceived as accessible and transparent. The northern atrium faces the bustling Evenemangsgatan and the southern atrium faces Dalvägen.
Friendly buzz, and the aroma of coffee
The centrally located area called "crystal" combines all functions. For example, a generous central meeting space, a cafe/dining room and educational facilities. The first thing that greets employees and visitors is the friendly buzz and the delicious aroma of coffee from the property's central meeting place.
Environmentally Classified Building
Uarda 6 is projected to meet the requirements for the Sweden Green Building Council's (SGBC) environmental classification system, level "Gold".
