    1. Interim Report Jan–Mar 2024

      Increased rental income and improved net operating income wre met by higher interest costs. Continued increased yield requirement led to unrealised changes in value amounting to SEK -1,381m. Net lettings were negative, SEK -36m but new leases continue to be signed at good levels and a a large proportions of leases thar are renegotiated are extended on existing terms.

    2. BSH moves to Solna Business Park

      Fabege has signed an agreement with the domestic appliances company BSH Home Appliances AB regarding a new office and showroom for its Bosch, Siemens, NEFF and Gaggenau brands in Solna Business Park. In total, the agreement is for just over 4,300 square metres of floorspace at the corner of Svetsarvägen. The agreement has a duration of 10 years.

    3. Resolutions by Fabege’s Annual General Meeting on 9 April 2024

       At Fabege AB’s Annual General Meeting on 9 April 2024, the meeting fixed the Board’s dividend proposal for 2023 at SEK 1.80 per share, to be paid on four occasions (SEK 0.45 per share on each occasion). Furthermore, it was decided that the record date for receiving the dividend will be 11 April 2024, 2 July 2024, 4 October 2024 and 8 January 2025, which means that payment is expected to be issued by Euroclear Sweden AB on on 16 April 2024, 5 July 2024, 9 October 2024 and on 13 January 202.

    5. Notice convening the Annual General Meeting of Fabege AB (publ)

      Shareholders of Fabege AB (publ) are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 9 April 2024.     7. Student city Flemingsberg growing ever stronger

      Flemingsberg is home to one of Sweden’s largest campuses, with five universities and colleges and almost 20,000 students. One of Sweden’s biggest urban development projects is taking place here. The development plans for Flemingsberg include collaboration between the business world, academia, civil society and the public sector, all with the aim of strengthening the student city Flemingsberg.

    8. Year end report 2023

      2023 ended with increased rental income, improved operating income, strengthened surplus ratio and improved management result. Net letting amounted to SEK 165m, one of the strongest ever for Fabege. Higher interest costs and negative value changes in the property portfolio meant that the result after tax decreased compared to the previous year.

    9. Bengt Dahlgren moves to Textiltorget in Hammarby Sjöstad

      Fabege has signed a lease agreement with the infrastructure consultancy Bengt Dahlgren Stockholm AB for approximately 2,250 square metres of office space in Hammarby Sjöstad. Occupancy is scheduled to commence on 31 January 2025 and the agreement has a duration of 6 years. The property Påsen 1, which has the concept name Textiltorget, is being carefully renovated and will be certified according to BREEAM-SE Bespoke with the Excellent level.

    10. The traditional office needs upgrading – new study indicates need for a multi-faceted workplace

      Growing expectations for a sustainable and flexible work life also open opportunities for employers to create inclusive workplaces that make their business more competitive. This requires upgrading the traditional office so that more employee needs can be met. These are the results of a new AI study carried out on behalf of the property companies Wihlborgs, Fabege and Diös.
