Fabege has signed a letter of intent for the sale of the property Falan 21 in Falun to Diös Fastigheter AB. The sale will be carried through by Q1 2006. Falan 21 comprises a total of around 12,000 sq.m of floor space, of which 6,500 sq.m offices. The value of the property amounts to approximately SEK 85 million and the acquisition will be made through a non-cash issue.
