Fabege AB (publ) has received advance access to the minority's shares in the former Fabege AB (corporate identity nr 556050-2113), a subsidiary since 2004. Fabege has thereby become the owner of all shares prior to conclusion of the redemption process, against security having been provided for payment of the redemption sum.
