Wihlborgs has disposed of the properties Härden 15 and 18 on Norra Stationsgatan in Stockholm for SEK 750m. The purchaser is the German property fund DIFA, which will take possession of the properties on 9 June. The realised change in value amounts to SEK 60m, which will be reported during the second quarter. The properties, which comprise a total of 21,715 sq,m were acquired by Wihlborgs from Diligentia in the summer of 2004. Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (publ).
