Fabege property attracts non-profit organisations

A combination of successful lettings activities and tenant interest has turned Duvan 6, a Fabege property on Klara Södra Kyrkogata on Norrmalm in central Stockholm, into a new centre for organisations operating in the non-profit sector.

The Diocese of Stockholm and JAG* have already moved in, taking up some 2,800 m2 of office space in the building. Later in 2009, as premises become available, they will be joined by KFO** and Sensus***, who will rent about 2,000 m2 in total.

“I am pleased to see that our tenants in Duvan are themselves working to establish the building as a centre for non-profit activities and encouraging us to attract more such organisations and businesses there,” Christian Hermelin, Fabege’s CEO, comments.

“Our sector is a strong growth sector in society, so it seems entirely appropriate to manifest this in a shared building. We therefore welcome the opportunity to join forces with our landlord in finding further suitable tenants,” Arne Mårtensson, the CEO of KFO, says.
