Fabege leases 3,100 sqm to Trustly Group AB in city centre

Trustly Group AB (Trustly) is a fast-growing Swedish IT company founded in 2008. The company provides payment solutions for the e-commerce industry, financial services, travel and gaming companies.  Since 2018, the company’s principal owner has been Nordic Capital.

Fabege has signed an agreement to lease approximately 3,100 sqm of its Apotekaren 22 property, which is located on Rådmansgatan in Stockholm city centre. The green lease extends for a period of five years and Trustly will take up occupancy in Q3 2019.

- “We’ve been looking for a new, larger office that’s centrally located and easy to get to but also offers an inspiring and dynamic environment. The premises on Rådmansgatan are exactly what we’ve been looking for, and they offer great potential to be tailored to our needs, culture and exacting requirements concerning everything from advanced technology to social spaces,” says Ulrica Falkenberg, CHRO at Trustly

Trustly has entered an expansion phase and was looking for premises that would meet their needs in terms of both space and atmosphere. Work has already begun on customising the premises to suit Trustly’s requirements. At their new offices they will have their own roof terrace and a light and airy atrium where all employees can come together.

- “We’re looking forward to getting to know Trustly’s employees and to adapting the offices in order to reflect both the company’s brand and its core values. There is a substantial level of interest in the remaining 3,000 sqm in the building, and we hope to be able to welcome more new and exciting tenants to the district in the near future,” commented Andreas Malmsäter, Letting Manager at Fabege.
