Sweden's most beautiful office

Looking for inspiration? Come and visit our office in Solna Business Park, which has been named Sweden's Most Beautiful Office 2023. Among 85 offices and 48,300 votes, we won Sweden's most beautiful office with a ground-breaking concept imbued with reuse, creativity and innovation.

Through ingenuity, everything from concrete floors to glass sections has been reused and a work environment has been created that combines functionality and sustainable design. As part of Fabege's sustainability work, the local office in Solna Business Park has become a cutting-edge project that inspires both the company's own operations as well as Fabege's customers and industry colleagues to combine design and reuse in a climate-friendly way.

"We are incredibly proud of this award and can share our knowledge and experience with other projects and industry colleagues. A former industrial premises that, thanks to history, character, reuse, refinement and feeling, enhances the experience," says Susanna Elvsén, Market Area Manager at Fabege.

With approximately 80 percent reused furniture, reused glass sections, suspended ceiling, kitchen and floor, a former industrial premises with its history and character has been given new life. Classic colouring, high-quality material selection and flexible lighting mean that the office will easily adapt to new needs. The new office is a result of how commitment, creativity and innovation can create a modern, flexible and attractive workplace that takes history into the future in a sustainable way.

Studio Stockholm, who designed both architecture and interior design together with Fabege, received the award together with Fabege.

"It is truly a fantastic and honored feeling that Studio Stockholm can once again receive this award, especially for a project with such a strong focus on sustainability. We are proud to have created a project where we not only reuse furniture, but also reuse parts and surface layer. This reflects our philosophy of combining business understanding with creativity and creating a place with both soul and identity," says Karolina Nyström, interior designer at Studio Stockholm.

Today, the office stands as proof of Fabege's commitment to sustainability. The office functions both as a showroom and as a source of inspiration for future projects. The motto throughout the project has been that everyone involved should be creative, brave and dare to try. Due to the high level of ambition, both in terms of design and sustainability, the process became very important.

Several of the pieces of furniture have an exciting history that Fabege wants the employees to know about. Reuse gives the place a soul and genuineness - which this office really has!

"I feel great joy and pride at the attention this project has received. It's not only about the aesthetics of the office, but also about the soul that you encounter in these spaces," says Stefan Dahlbo, CEO of Fabege.

The office is part of our new meeting place in the area, Scenen (the Scene). Office, conference, live event, café, restaurant, podcast studio and lounge areas are offered here.
