Fabege office space available in a prime location in Arenastaden following renegotiation with Telia

The renegotiation with Telia means a reduction in its leased office space to around 25,000 sqm, and the surplus space in the building becoming available to other tenants. Fabege can now thus offer office premises totalling around 9,500 sqm in the heart of Arenastaden. The building is certified to BREEAM-SE rating Excellent.

The property at Stjärntorget 1 is partly located above Westfield Mall of Scandinavia and next to the commuter train at Solna Station, with an entrance directly from Stjärntorget square. From there it is just 7 minutes to the city centre.

Fabege will adapt the premises that Telia is vacating to create flexible office space. The office space is spread over five floors high up in the building; all the floors can be let by a large tenant or they can be split between several tenants. Each floor has approximately 1,900 sqm of floorspace.

"Many tenants put a lot of focus on creating attractive offices and meeting places that fulfil the requirements and wishes of their employees. However, we realise that changes in working practices can sometimes lead to reduced space requirements. We are also seeing a trend of companies choosing to establish their offices in better geographical locations, which favours us, as our portfolio of properties is in attractive locations in Stockholm with rail and tram connections.”

Johan Zachrisson, Business Development Manager, Fabege.

Around 30,000 people currently work in Arenastaden and many of Sweden’s most successful companies are based there. The location, with excellent transport links, exceptional services and proximity to green areas, is really special.
