Firefly expands with Fabege in Hammarby Sjöstad

Fabege continues to strengthen its cluster in Hammarby Sjöstad. The international fire safety company Firefly has expanded its premises by around 1,900 square metres and extended its lease period by four years at Trikåfabriken 8. The total lease thus now covers a total area of 5,500 sqm and runs until 31 December 2028.

Hammarby Sjöstad is growing and developing and has long been a sought-after neighbourhood among Stockholmers. With its location close to water and green areas, good range of services and excellent transport links, numerous exciting companies are attracted to the area. It is easy to get to Hammarby Sjöstad. It is served by the tram, buses, cycle lanes and boats. From 2030, the blue line of the metro will also go through Hammarby Sjöstad from Kungsträdgården. Already today, the metro station at Gullmarsplan can be reached on foot within ten minutes.
