Fabege has signed a lease with Rovio for approximately 1,200 square metres of floorspace in the Islandet 3 property in Stockholm city centre. Rovio is scheduled to move in during October 2025 and the agreement has a duration of 5 years. The property is certified in accordance with BREEAM In-Use, Very Good.
Rovio moves to Fabege in Stockholm City
The property is located at Holländargatan 11, a parallel street to Drottninggatan, and houses offices and the historic Centralbadet swimming pool, which is like a fabulous oasis in the centre of the city. The urban districts around Hötorget and Drottninggatan are home to retail, culture and offices that attract people from all over the world.
