The new metro station, located beneath the Hammarby Canal, will serve as a key connection point between Södermalm and Hammarby Sjöstad. The station will have two exits: one at Norra Hammarbyhamnen (near Vintertullen and Blecktornsparken) and another at Luma, conveniently located by the tram and bus stops.

This metro extension aims to increase capacity and enhance public transport connections between northern and southern Stockholm.
