Fabege AB (publ) has through a directed new share issue obtained 46,180,067 shares in Klövern AB (publ). The new shares are part of the payment for the property holdings in Kista and Täby that have been sold to Klövern. Fabege owns 46,180,067 shares in Klövern AB, equivalent to 27.7 per cent of the capital and votes.
