The National Board of Health and Welfare has signed a leasing agreement for 2,500 m2 of office space in Fabege’s Trängkåren 7 property (DN-huset). This brings the occupancy rate in the property up to 98 per cent. The agreement will run for 5 years.
“This let in DN-huset, which has been made at the same level of rent as in 2008, confirms that the rental market remains stable in Stockholm,” Christian Hermelin, Fabege’s CEO, says.
“We will now take the next step in the development of our landmark Trängkåren 7 property. Our ambition is to obtain building rights for about 10,000 m2 of residential space in the property,” Christian Hermelin continues.
