Fabege has signed a new green lease in the property Apotekaren 22, Rådmansgatan. With the new agreement, the property is again fully rented out.
The total area comprise approximately 3,500 sqm, with annual rent of approximately SEK 20.5m. The premises will be adapted to the customer's needs and conditions. Access will take place in the third quarter of 2019.
- “It is great to be able to rent out further premises and help an existing customer with its co-location. The interest in these premises has been considerable and the property is now basically fully rented out,” comments Andreas Malmström, Letting Manager at Fabege.
