At Drottninggatan 29, in the middle of the government quarter, Convendum is opening a new coworking arena of approximately 4,000 sqm. The central location and proximity to the major workplaces in the Swedish Government Offices have been crucial factors. The agreement is for ten years and Convendum will take possession in June 2023.
“Convendum’s premium coworking concept is continuing to show strong growth and we know that there are no coworking operators in the government quarter today, which makes this a very attractive opportunity for us. Together with Fabege, we are also currently developing our flagship investment at Kungsgatan 7-15 of almost 8,000 sqm,” says Håkan Jeppsson, founder and CEO of Convendum.
In the quarter around Drottninggatan 29 with the huge changes in recent years to Brunkebergstorg square, among other things, this part of Stockholm has undergone something of a transformation. The area now brings together gastronomy and commerce, culture and offices, trendy rooftop terraces and visitors from all over the world. The proximity to T-Centralen station and sites of historical interest creates a really good location and natural attractiveness.
