Our commercial paper programme is also linked to our green framework. This means we will continue to issue green commercial papers, with the borrowed funds being used to finance approved assets in accordance with the framework.
The back-up facility for the commercial paper programme is also linked to the framework, and is thus a green facility. The green commercial papers will be listed on Nasdaq.
The commercial papers can be acquired via all Handelsbanken, Swedbank, Nordea and SEB bank branches, in denominations from SEK 1 million and upwards. The maturities range from one month up to one year. The commercial papers are listed by Euroclear and are registered in the buyer’s securities account.
