Saab chooses Solna Strand and Fabege
At the waterfront in Solna Strand, we are currently developing a block of approximately 66,000 square meters with flexible office spaces for Saab, who plans to move in by the fall of 2025.
This is the only property that Fabege owns in Solna Strand, and Saab will occupy all the spaces in the building.
The project places a significant emphasis on sustainability and climate-smart solutions. The property will be renovated with environmental considerations, and we are committed to the BREEAM In-Use environmental certification.
