Designed by Axelsson & Borowski, the building is classified in terms of style between postmodernism and contemporary high-tech architecture, which is unique in Hammarby Sjöstad. This is characterised by careful attention to materials, colours, window setting and the modulation of façades that in some parts is reminiscent of abstract art with strong colours, playful, undulating lines and variations in materials.

Today, it takes 9 minutes to reach Hammarby Sjöstad from T-Centralen by metro (to Gullmarsplan). On the new metro in 2030, it will take 6 minutes.
