Designed by Axelsson & Borowski, the building is classified in terms of style between postmodernism and contemporary high-tech architecture, which is unique in Hammarby Sjöstad. This is characterised by careful attention to materials, colours, window setting and the modulation of façades that in some parts is reminiscent of abstract art with strong colours, playful, undulating lines and variations in materials.

The Tvärbanan light rail is located approximately 400 metres away. You can also reach this area by bike, boat, car, or via the metro at Gullmarsplan, which is about an 8-minute walk away.
From 2030 onwards, the new extension of the blue metro line will pass through Hammarby Sjöstad, starting from Kungsträdgården and including the new stations Sofia, Hammarby Kanal, Sickla, Järla, and Nacka. One of the entrances will be located in Mårtensdal, approximately 500 metres from the building.
More and more exciting companies are moving to Hammarby Sjöstad. The area boasts excellent transport links and a wide range of amenities, combined with offices and residential properties, creating a vibrant, safe, and inspiring district beautifully situated by the water. It is also a place that continues to grow and evolve.
